Perhaps you won’t believe it but… I’m afraid of flying. I had a terrible experience a year ago in Brazil (where I thought I wouldn’t survive the flight) and since that moment I’m using this meditation app to keep me calm on the airplane. It’s called Buddhify and you can choose from an entire range of meditations: ‘for a work break’, ‘traveling’, ‘feeling stressed’ or even ‘being online’.
